We can use different outer materials of 600D,1200D and 1800D Polyester for our EVA bike box by customer's order.

EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) has high impact strength and good tear/abrasion resistance making it an ideal construction method for the Bike Pod

We improved our bike box on using Omnidirectional Wheel that instead of bike box feet,it can make our box more easy to move.So far there are 2 kinds of bike box for your choose.

Made from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) which is a softer kind of plastic that will absorb the knocks of transportation better than a harder more brittle plastic.
